I have the knowledge and understanding to help you out of pain and back into accessible movement. Please get your doctor’s approval before starting your sessions and be sure to let me know how you're feeling throughout our time together. You know your body best.
We are completely online.
All of our private sessions, group classes, and programs are 100% virtual. This means you never have to miss a class (if you miss a live class, there will be a replay available if noted in the class description), no matter where you are in the world - or just at home or in your office!

When you book your private session or join a group, you will receive a personal link to our Zoom sessions for our scheduled date and time.

You'll need a free personal Zoom account to access your classes, and a working Internet connection.
Being sore isn't an indication of how hard you've worked in class, but sometimes you ARE a little sore after your session.

Working with muscles you haven’t used before, or if we concentrate on some of your weaker muscles, may mean you'll notice the first day or two after you exercise, but you'll never find it debilitating!
